Hi guys. I was looking for some help regarding installing a new headliner on my 65 Barracuda. I took it to a local upholstery guy here in Colorado. He told me that because the headliner goes behind the windshield and rear window, that he would have to remove the windows to properly secure the material. It seems plausible. But would definitely add major $ to the job. And that's assuming I could reuse the gaskets. Or even find new ones if I had to. Any ideas? Thanks

 

He is correct, you need to pull the glass. I would get new weather strips ahead of starting the project.
