it could be the ignition switch as well. If the cluster is out then look it over carefully for any burn marks.

YOUR VOLTAGE METER/ AND OR YOUR LIGHT WIRES MUST BE IN A CIRCUTE TO START , YOU CAN JUST TOUCH THE TWO TOGETHER AND IT SHOULD WORK OK

well thats the one im talking about the one to your gauge in your dash but just dont touch it on the steel of the dash
