steering wheel

2013 chrysler 300 v6 steering wheel doesnt have paddle shifters and when i took off the steering wheel and tried to install paddle shifters it didnt have the slots for the paddles to come out and the connection to the original media controls on the back of the steering wheel in only a 2 pin while the new connection is a 3 pin. do i need a whole new steeing wheel with a new connection? do i need a whole new harness
? or can i splice the old one connect new wires and then connect the paddle shifters and then it wouild work? im not sure what to do any help will be grateful?

It’s possible that you will need to change the steering wheel, steering column, some wiring and whatever electronic controller makes the paddles work…

I think if i remember correctly, you posted that you got a new wheel and removed the old wheel and non of the wiring matched up?
If you haven't got both wiring diagrams and studied them? you may find at this point that it may require a bit more than just a bolt on...
