1975 Power Wagon

I am looking at a 1975 W100 (5-lug) that claims to be a Power Wagon by the seller. I thought all Power Wagons in the later D-Series trucks were 3/4-ton trucks with 8-lug axles. I am no expert but that was my understanding. Am I wrong, is it possible that this was a Power Wagon in the W100 trim? 8ft bed 131" wheel base, 440 under the hood. If so, is it as desirable as a 3/4-ton truck? Just looking for a little knowledge before I go look and possibly get bamboozled. Thanks!

Hmmmmmmmmmm, I do believe they came 5 lug and, if that 440 belongs under there, I wouldn't pass that truck up for nuffin!
