1979 D500 Brake Upgrade

I recently came across a 1979 Dodge D500 truck with a dump bed on it. I was looking under the hood, and noticed that to my surprise the truck was equipped with a single reservoir master cylinder. I'm having trouble finding kits and parts to do a dual-reservoir upgrade to the truck, I was wondering if anyone had any advice or had done anything like this to one of these trucks.

It might require an axle upgrade as well, disk brakes on bigger trucks is just now coming into play. Europeans have used disc breaks on the front and rear of trucks for quite a while but the American market has stuck with drums.

From: Monrovia SO-CAL (USA)
Check with your local Napa auto Parts.... OR a local Medium truck center that's sells brake parts...
We here in SO-CAL have places like these:

Good Luck

Thank you for the advice. I had one more question... Is there a reason why on the bigger trucks like my D500 they put the brake booster under the truck instead of mounting it on the firewall?
