1979 W150 and 1977 D100

Hey everyone, first time poster here. I have a 1979 W150 with a 318, 727, and NP203 transfer case. I bought a 1977 D100 (Strong running 318, NP435 4 speed) for the motor and trans to go into the 1979. I am wondering what is needed to adapt a 4WD NP203 to a 2WD NP435 Transmission. All components are in the pickups still, so I have not measured input shaft, counted the splines ext. Is a 4WD tailhousing all that is needed? Is there an adapter to make this easy? I also have two Ford NP205 T-Cases. Would it be easier to make a doubler T-case?

All help is appreciated,
Thanks.

I have only done it on the 727 2wd to 727 4wd, it's the output shaft and tailhousing that are changed.
