77’ 4x4 318 to 440 swap questions?
hey I have a 77’ 4x4 short box adventurer that has a 318 sb with the 727 auto trans and was wondering the hassle of a 440 swap? What all will I need? I know I’ve seen them in older 3/4 tons. But all were 2wd.

I don't know about a 77 but I have a 1972 440 in a 86W-150 short wheel base. pretty straight forward. use the engine mounts and hardware from a early model that came out with a 440. I used parts from a 78.
