Lightbulb 89 Dodge Ram D100 Fuel related question

Whats up everyone!

i bought this D100 with “supposedly” 45k miles. It’s actually very clean car and everything looks like new so I guess it’s possible.

Anyways, everything is perfect on the car. No leaks or anything expect for this. It looks like someone has dropped the fuel tank before because I noticed a bit missing. I looked a little further and I found this fuel line right about the driveline (right of the fuel tank). I turned on the car and it doesn’t let out an fuel or anything but there’s definitely very minor amount of fuel spraying onto everything. The differential has a bunch of gunk all over it. Any ideas to where this connects too or where I can find a diagram to solve this issue?

Is that normal for it to be spraying a little fuel? It doesn’t drip out but after a nice little ride, it definitely smells strongly of fuel. Also, I forgot to mention that the truck does have a rough idle. It doesn’t turn off or anything but it has a good shake. I’m not too good with electronics but I have to learn. Someone said it might be the IAC valve (if it isn’t just plugs and wires). I was thinking it could be related to the fuel issue but I really don’t know. What’s the best manual out there for these trucks?
