Body/Bed swap question - 75 W300

It's probably an interesting first post, but here goes anyway. I'm looking at picking up a (very rusty) 1975 W300 next week. It's got a 440, 4 speed, a dually rear axle and the front axle appears to be a full time unit (no selector hubs). The cab is standard and there is a 8'x9' flat deck where the bed used to be.

Assuming this truck originally was a LWB with a regular cab and long box bed, can the cab and bed be swapped out for a crew cab and short box bed? If so, would any mods to the frame be required, or would it be more of a bolt on affair?

I'm thinking of turning this truck into my own extended version of the Lil' Red Express Truck. I like the idea of that truck, but just can't stand the color red. I also need a bit more room in the cab for my dogs, hence wanting to swap on a Club Cab. Out back I'd like to put a step side short box, with the wheel tubs extended to cover the dual rear wheels. Of course the stacks are required on a LRE style truck so those will be added as well. For the color and the name of the truck, I'm thinking of using a bright blue late model factory Mopar color and renaming it to "Ol' Blue Express Truck" with the original style door decals modified to match.

BTW, I'm not new to Mopars at all, I just haven't had any more old ones for a while now. This will be my first Dodge truck from the '72-'79 era though. As you may have guessed by my forum username, I've had more than a few 440's in my other old Mopars over the years.
