Fuse block location and attachment

The fuse block in my truck was hanging as shown when I got the truck. Can anyone please describe or provide a picture of where and how this is supposed to be mounted? I have found no reference or images in my manuals and both trucks that I have salvaged parts from look the same as mine. Whatever held the fuse block in place must be a fragile part or poor design. All help appreciated, I have it wired to the column for now.
