Tie rod end threading

Are inner and outer tie rod ends interchangeable on a 1979 Dodge Little Red Express pickup truck?

Are tie rod sleeves interchangeable left side versus right side?

Are tie rod sleeves interchangeable inboard versus outboard?

Inners and outters on the tie rod ends..... Sleeves fit ether side... Not part number specific... Just Direction Specific...
