my poor fuse box!

here is a picture of the problem, the 3 fuses on the right are OK although 1 is missing, the 5 fuses to the left are OK but again 1 is missing. the problem is to the very left and in the middle where connections and something is missing! also there is a rectangular relay just to the bottom of the picture which is just dangling and is missing a wire or 2 and i don't know what it is off??
