First Gen dodge Ram frame question
I have several dodge ram 2wd trucks available to me (1984,88,90) (1500), but thats the problem, they're all 2wd
(all good frames, motors/drivetrain, and body)
Can i simply get the parts needed (i.e. front 4x4 axel, transfer case and linkage and the corresponding driveshafts, along with slight modification to the cab and springs) and bolt them on the frame, or is the frame for the 2wd models different from that of the 4?

Someone one here did a post on 2wd and 4wd full size truck frames and I believe they said that you can bolt/weld everything one. It is in this section is my memory serves me correct.
