Greetings from Idaho
I am currently on the Hunt for a Plymouth Duster 1971-1975. My first car was a 74' Duster with the 225 slant 6. Bought it for $450 in 1996. I drove it daily for about a year until the wiring harness fell apart at the firewall (joys of pulling it out of a barn after sitting for years). At the time I did not know how to fix it and sold the car for $150 as a parts car. I have regretted that sell for the last 21 years. So I am hunting for a replacement finally. I have my eye on a few, mostly full resto projects as that is what is in my budget right now. My goal is to find another Slant 6 and try to make it turn a respectable 250 hp, enough for me to have fun but not so much that I feel it's too much for my daughters to learn to drive in.
This is me and my 74' circa 1996
