Checking out this site, hoping to find a good source for information.
Purchased my most recent RR back in 05. Love the car, would love to do more work to it, but haven't quite gotten back all the car enthusiasm that I had as a younger guy. Still love them, but as one gets older, priorities change. Anyway, my RR has a fuel injected 440 (bought it that way). I always wanted to put FI on my muscle cars, but now that I have one, I'm comtemplating going back to carbs, preferably a six-pac. Anyone have experience with the demon carbs? FI is definately better technology, but I'm looking to go back to old school, problems and all. I've included a picture of my runner as it stands now. Looking forward to getting good input....

Thanks for the “welcome” hospitality! As I said, I do believe FI is much better technology along with all the hightec we have in this day and age, but the older I get, the more I find myself wanting to return to a simpler time. Programming the FI is a pain, haven't spent a lot of time trying to figure it out, but that's the problem. Computers…, software…, keeping up with the latest and greatest revision…, software and hardware compatibility…, current version obsolete, no longer supported…, hardware incompatible. All that just drives me crazy, just keep it mechanical and I can cope. My car has the six-pac hood and I’d love to get those carbs up into the scoop a little. The FI sits low....see attached.
