Hi all,

I am new to this forum and hope to gain some good insight. About 10 years ago I bought a little red roadrunner. She is a 69 (previous owner says 69 1/2) and she is a little different from others I have seen. He said it originally had a 383, but now has 440. She is 3 speed auto, bench seats front and back, chrome rocker panels, and chrome insert in the truck lid that says roadrunner (only other one I have seen read Satelite). Great car, but I really don't know all that much about her. The previous owner has a 383 that he claims is the original from the car but I don't know how to tell if the number match or not. Does anyone know of a website that can tell me if numbers match if I send them the info?

Anyway, looking forward to learning. Peace, Chris

The Vin# should be stamped on the block near where the starter goes.
