1994 Dodge Ram pickup

Hi everyone Looking for a crankshaft positioning sensor connector for a 94 Ram pickup 1500. Dealers say this is discontinued any one please help.

your best bet is to go to a junkyard and pull it yourself.

That's a can of spam. I agree that you will have to pull it but come on, Dodge is dropping the parts on a 12 year old truck. Must be that Fiat thing.

12 years? My local dealership told me that they stopped making parts for vehicles that were 10 years and older....... that was 8 years ago.

your correct vehicles older than 10 years they will just sell out and not restock unless they are the same for newer vehicles.

At Chrysler, with the bankruptcy, that affected the relationships with many suppliers. So many didn't want to make parts unless paid first. That caused price spikes, and parts shortages. Some parts were simply unavailable during that because suppliers didn't want to ship stuff they might not get paid for! Things are still not back to normal, but they are better.
