(360) Hole next to the distributor?

Hey guys I'm priming my rebuilt 360 and oil is gushing out of a threaded hole next to the distributor. I was wondering if that hole is a oil pressure gauge or something. Thanks

Now does your car have a gauge or an oil light? the senders are different.
The light takes a small odd shaped unit the gauge is a larger canister type deal.
