Spark Plug help

Need to know what to torque the plugs in at and what would be correct spacing, or even if someone can tell me how to figure it out so I learn myself. 383 w/906 heads
Thanks

This is going to make some people here cringe, but given the plug / header spacing in my car (cars) I just carefully tighten the plugs down until I feel the plug washers "crush". Been working so far...

I just snug them down. Usually the gap the plugs need to be is on the info sticker in the engine bay.
