Steering box

Hi, looking for some advice. I have a Dodge Ram D-100 custom, two wheel drive slant 6. The power steering box has been leaking for a while and I need to replace it. Down the road I want to do a big block swap. My steering has a lot of play to it, and I'll need to be able to handle all that horsepower with a decent box. Any suggestions as far as where to buy quality steering boxes, or if I could get a more heavy duty compatible box? Thanks guys.

Get a FIRM FEEL replacement steering box. The box is the same weather it has a 6 or a 440

$350 seems a little steep for a steering box, I dont need a crazy box, just looking to have a few less turns lock to lock.

Is getting one of those firmfeel boxes the only way to do that?

You can go to Pep Boys Auto Zone and many other places for a generic box. Make sure to check the drag link too, it will cause lots of play in the steering
