1964 back seats

Since losing our 68 GTX in a fire, we are looking into possibly buying a 64 Sport Fury convertible. The biggest issue with this car is the back seat is gone. No springs/frame or anything.
What other models will fit this?

Will a 4 door seat fit? We understand that it will need recovered. We are worried about the frame work. What years will fit?

Thanks for any help.

for a 64 sport fury conv. you would need to find a back seat from another convertible B body, 64 or 65 dodge or Plymouth. IIRC, the non convertible seats are different. I am not sure if a later rear seat (eg; '66 and on) will fit. If the 66 thru 70 B body seat would work, that would be a good thing cause they are a bit easier to find. I think you could eventually find the original seat for the car and I would not let it be the limiting factor in making your decision on acquiring the car. you will find the rear seat eventually.

Thanks. It's certainly not a deciding factor on rather we buy it. But it's one of the biggest issues. Would could try the back seat frame from the GTX. It was a convertible before being burnt.
