1970 Belvedere gas cap-vented or not?

I didn't see a vent line so I am assuming it has to be vented? The car is in Florida (not emissions-ville California). My cap is missing the gasket.

Double check.... I think it has a vent in the tank.... Should take a non-vented fuel cap... As far as I know.... Just my 2 cents...

It should be a non-vented cap, with a vented gas tank. The missing seal is basically rendering your current gas cap as "vented".
