66 or 67 Charger gauge cluster in 68 coronet?

Hey guys I have a 68 Coronet and I was wanting to put the rally cluster in it but... that is an expensive dude. Anyways I've always thought the 66 and 67 charger gauge cluster was really nice. Wondering if it is possible to put the charger gauges in a coronet. Anyone ever tried this or know how hard it would be to make it look good and fit right? Also another reason I'm considering it is they are a bit easier on price than the rally gauge cluster for it. Thanks

I've never tried it or seen it done Rcnrol., but remember the 66/7 has electroluminescent lighting, so if you swap that around, make sure you take the transformer/power pack to make your guages light up. Also, once you start wiring it in there, do NOT touch those tiny leetle wires that light up the guage faces, it's high enough voltage that it will almost knock you into the back seat. Think of grabbing a spark plug wire....

I will most definately keep that in mind. I'm not a fan of getting shocked lol. And I also didn't know that about the transformer either that is good to know. Thank you.
