‘66 Charger fuel tank rebuild

Hey all, I recently acquired a ‘66 charger from my dad that he lost time/interest in rebuilding. He had it taken apart to restore, purchased a lot of the parts, and then passed it on to me. My first step is to mount the new fuel tank he bought. Where can I find the connection from the filler cap to the tank? (I’ve already found a fuel sending unit, and the rest of the fuel lines are still in place). Thanks!

And, there will likely be a ton more questions coming soon!

Last piece I need is the lower fuel filler neck, the larger tube that goes in to the tank. Most places seem to be on back order. If anyone has an idea where to get one, I’m all ears.
Secondly, do I need the grounding strap? I have one, but haven’t seen anything that says I need it or where it goes….
