I was tuning the carb earlier today and needed it to be in gear, so I set the parking brake and when it was time for a test drive, this is what snapped off




Are there replacements for these or will I have to hit up a bone yard?

 

let me guess you stomped hard on the parking brake and then later you reached in and yanked on the handled. Really one should press on the pedal before releasing not many people do though. Replacements are available if you get a really good person via a dodge dealership. Most of the time its easier to get from a bone yard though.
