I know this is a long shot but here goes anyways...

I bought a 72 Barracuda back in March of 2009 from a guy named Frank in Harper's Ferry West Virginia....

The 318 engine that is in it came from a guy named Jim who knew Frank and was swapping out the 318 in his 71 9I think) Roadrunner for a big block. Jim was not the one who modified the motor, the previous owner was...according to Frank, the car came from Tennessee.

I desperately want to touch base with the previous owner(s) of this engine to find out what is in it....I think it is cam'd and want to find out for sure before I go any further in diagnosing some issues I am having....

So, if your name is Jim and you live in West Virginia, know a Frank in Harper's Ferry and recently swapped a big block into your car, I need to speak with you!

Or if you sold a 71 RR with a 318 in it to a guy named Jim in harpers Ferry a couple years ago, I want to speak with you.

Well, he does have the p.o.'s phone, and he SAYS he will call him but apparantly hasnt been getting a response....

Frank seems like a really nice guy, so no reason to doubt him......

...I just wanna know whats in the thing...LOL
