mpg 440

I now have my r/t with a 440 running excellent, I am getting about 9 mpg around town. It has a 323 rear and auto. Is that about what I should get? Thanks

Same ball park, about 8 with normal/combined street/highway driving.
Engine is relatively mild, but not stock though...

I get mid to high teens average if I can control myself. (4000# B-body, 3.54:1 rear, 4 speed, 28" tall tire, built 500" stroker, operational vac advance, and razor tuned carb). I've got 18 years into sorting it out.
