Neutral saftey switch

Neutral saftey switch

Did the 68 GTX 4 speed have a neutral saftey switch?If so how was it wired ?

Yes.....interrupts the start circuit/crank....

It also may have a switch on the clutch

just checked my 1967 dart, charger, coronet factory service manual. showing ALL engines and the HEMI. the neutral saftey switch has 1 wire going to it and grounding through the switch. this is all trans and all engines all bodys. looks like no neutral saftey switch on the clutch. wire comes from the starter relay post G.

There's no clutch neutral sw. & no 4 speech sw. Then there must not be a neutral saftey sw. On a 68 GTX 4 speed car.Thank you for your help.
