New to the forum - 73 Sebring Plus 360

Hello All - I'm new to the forum and am actually on here for a buddy of mine who is not exactly a fan of 'the interweb'.

He just picked up a 1973 Satellite Sebring Plus with a numbers matching 360/904.
Car is pretty much bone stock - and runs well enough. Originally the owner was asking $5,800.00 for the car - but my bud was able to talk him down to $3k even.

My question for you fine gents - since not much info is out there for these years/models - is:

Does anyone know the production numbers for this car/block set up?

Is the 360 in a 73 a rare option to find - the gent selling the car was trying to say it was - but then again, he was also trying to sell the car...

Reason for the questions is - after only owning this car for 6 months my friend has had numerous people ask to buy it - some almost tripling the amount her paid for it - which led me to believe the combination might be rare ... that or the guy offering just has a sentimental place for '73 Satellites?

Any input is massively appreciate:

Welcome, not sure but I thought '73's had 360's in station wagons only, offered last year 1974 in other models.

Hate to rain on your parade, but there is no such thing as a 73 360 Mopar of any kind. The 360 didn't come out till 74, replacing the 340 from 73.

What are the first 6 digits of your VIN? That tells the story of the car.
