Found it in the trunk

 

I have no idea. Uh got a picture of the backside? any markings on it with a part number?

 

My guess is some kind of splash shield.

The hole appears to be drilled for a toggle switch (you can see a loop around it.....possibly for a lock ring?)







Looks like sumthin you'd find under a kick panel or dead pedal

I'm guessing it was probably used for the fuel pump switch cause it came with one mounted under the dash...
