Hi everyone,

New to the forum and would like to thank everyone in advance for the help! This is my first mopar car and I am very excited!

I have a 1963 Dodge custom 880 convertible. I belive there were only 822 of them made? Is that correct?

I have decoded the VIN but I have been trying to find a trim tag decoder but I have been unsuccesfull. Is there a book I could buy or website to go to??

Top of the plate there is 123456789 underneath that the numbers are 02045156515.

Than there are a bunch of letters. I will type the letter that appears to be above the number. A2 B2 H2 K5 L7 P6 Q2 X2

Body is 515 Trim is 575 Pnt is 830?? ( Hard to read so might be wrong Car is red/maroon in color)

I heard that there was custom 880 convertible pacesetters at the indy 500? From what I have read though it appears they are only chrysler 300's?

Also do the chrysler 300 seats exactly match the custom 880's? (besides the pattern of course)

Well no thread is good without pics so I have added some. Please feel free to comment. More pics will come when I get her all shined up!
