What can cause the secondary barrels not to open on a 650 Holly? My 383 has this carb and they are not opening. I'm assuming this carb works on a vaccum. I checked the hoses leading into the carb and the onlything I noticed is that the PCV valve is sticking. Could this cause the issue?

 

I found my PCV was stuck and blasted it with cleaner and a air hose and it solved alot of issues I was having with the carb. Not sure if that's a correct statement since im pretty new at this stuff but changing out a 3$ part cant be bad.
