Years ago me and my brother bought a 66 fury III and then he wrecked it.

A couple weeks ago my dad found a 66 sport fury and I went with my uncle to pick it up this afternoon.


The new doesnt have and engine in but where gonna get it from the guy that has it apart strewn over his yard. The old had a 318 with 3 on the tree and we plan on swapping it into the sport for now.

 

Looks and sounds like a great family project. Keep us posted on the progress.

We went and got the auto trans and stripped 318 from the sport that we got and when we were talking to the guy he said that theres somebody pulling out a 440 to sell and I wanted to know what were the best years that the 440 was made. He said it might be a 72 or 73 out of a camper or something like that
