Well first off, welcome to the forum!

As far as what you will need is a good penatrating oil, like PB Blaster and soak everything for a few days.

Welcome to the forums and hope we can help you out in any way and as far as tools i would get you a nice set of brake line wrenches and a drum spring tool from some one like mac or snap on as the jap ones will be a bad ider and as far as the shoes go i would go with a good set that has the warrenty with them and get you a good fabed up set of stainless steel brake lines and do it right the first time and you will have many enjoyable years out of them and as far as the hands go good luck in not scraping them up hehehehe.... also i would replace all the wheel cylinders with new as they are cheaper to buy then to rebuild and go with new drums and heck just get everything new that you can and you wont have to do it again for a long time
