Now I'm confused. I saw a few blue ones. I know it doesn't mean that they were correct, but now I'm not sure.

Well dont worry about what OTHERS have done, the chrysler blue didnt appear untill 1970 as shown on that page... AND there were no 413's avail in '70.. Looks like the PRODUCTION run of the 413 ended in '65... You asked a simple question and was supplied a simple answer now you are confused...

Unless you are doing a full resto, it really doesnt matter EXCEPT for the purists. And they WILL notice. Even if ya paint it black, yellow, even purple or body color... Its what you want it to be and to be 'period correct' it seems Hemi Orange is the color it SHOULD be...

Incorrect. The correct engine color for the New Yorker 413 RB in '63 is turquoise. Turquoise was used on all B/RB Engines from '62-'71. Hemi Orange was used on Max Wedge Engines from '62-'64. New Yorkers did not come with Max Wedge Engines. You should do a little more research instead of clicking on the first Google result and regurgitating it as gospel. If you don't have knowledge on the topic you should not post. Especially not arrogant, demeaning posts.
