This maybe a simple question, anyways, I'm helping restore a 73 challenger. I've painted the dash frame, and I want to paint the glove box door. The glove box door has the lock feature and I'm not sure how to remove it. Any tips?

 

all i can say is when you figure it out let me no as i tried for days to get mine off but had to use duct tape as a cover so the sandblasting wouldn't remove the chrome on it , I am sure there is a simple way but we will have to wait and see what others say and i will try it to
