Sold my 73 Roadrunner and bought a Challenger

I sold the rescued Roadrunner. I got $8,500 for it.

I just bought a 74 Rally Challenger (Factory AC car) . I have enough to get it on the road in primer. 500 horse big block, and paint the engine bay. I will deal with the rest of the body work and paint later, when I have more money. Planning to pull the bumpers in, switch to 70 rear bumper and lower valance. T/A rear spoiler, Rally hood, sub frame connectors, rally red with black vinyl top and black hood.

Here are some before pics of the new Challenger

Gonna rescue another MOPAR!

Challenger

Inner fenders and trunk are good. The body is really not bad at all. It has a few minor issues but nothing I can't deal with. Nevada is a very rust free state. High desert with very very low humidity.

I will post up some progress pics as I move along with the car.Nothing new right now, due to the holidays.
