what do you think this is worth?

hi I am new to this site and mopars. I am a chevy guy and have worked on couple projects with my father and now I am thinking about getting a car for myself to work on I am also a college kid so I really cant spend a whole lot. so this is what I found its a 1970 challenger the guy says it was a original 6cyl bench seat column shift car but now it has a 440 6pack but it does not run he says its not locked up and has been putting oil down the carbs he has had the car in storage for 10 years now and wants to get rid of it he said the roof and B pillars were fine and besides the frame the only other rust that isint in the pictures was some on the fenders. he wants like 7000 but I really don't know a lot about these cars so I don't know if that's reasonable he also has the rest of the interior its just not shown and I cant really tell in the picture were the rust on the frame is how hard is that to fix? thanks!!!

Well,
I'll say it, if youre a college kid and don't have a bunch of money, that's probably one to avoid.
Not saying its a bad project but it is a project. ALL classic cars are expensive (regardless of brand) to fix, maintain, own, and insure (a BB=mucho gas use). E body parts can be particularly expensive...
I hate valuing anything by pics, see it in person #1,
BUT what I'm at least seeing is;
Needs quarters, interior, frame work and it looks like the heater core is leaking and you'll probably need to replace that passenger floor pan (I test em by jabbing a screw driver in to it, and if it goes thru that's metal that needs replaced). And honestly, mopars are uni bodies and that frame rail rot is a BIG concern.
Which brings up the question; are you going to do all the work? Farming it out will be pricey.
Furthermore, when the BB swap was done were the torsion bars, radiator, etc. replaced for a BB?
What about the typical issues? (Perhaps unseen from photos(?)) Inner fender rot, rear window rot, cowl rot, door bottom rot???
I don't think $7k is necessarily a "bad" price...but within that price realm, you can get a lot of car by looking at different models. Unless you HAVE to have an E body.
