1969 w200 gas tank

I am in need of a gas tank for my 69 w200. Their are apparently two different types of tank an early model tank and a late model tank. how do I figure out which tank I have? I have tried vintage power wagons, I have tried to contact the Chrysler museum (which may or may not have closed its doors) and I have tried to contact Dodge directly to no avail. Any help you could provide is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.

Post up the VIN here and I'm sure that one of the members will be able to decode it for you and tell you the production date.

That body style truck was made from 68-71 I believe so finding parts for it will be pretty hard.

I would guess differences in hook ups-- the start of emissions may have a return line ????

the vin # is 1281896283. Their is only one gas line and one wire connected to the sending unit.
