p15 vs p20

i have a P20 car and i need a new motor. i don't care too much about keeping it original at this point. i found an ad on craigslist for a p15 motor and trans. does anyone know if it will just drop right into my P20 car? This engine came out of a 1948 Plymouth Club Coupe and It would be going into a 1950 Plymouth Special Deluxe.
thanks
-Phillip

looked a little further into it than you did. thanks. looks like it most likely won't be a bolt for bolt swap.
