Hey all,

I've replaced the entire ignition and fuel system on the 55' Royal.
12v coil, Pertronix electronic ignition. new plugs, cap, rotor, and wires
New electric fuel pump, lines, filters, and gas tank
Cant get it to start. It will spit and sputter (barely). Timing is set, carbs got fuel, won't start on engine starting fluid either.
Smoke puffs out the carb and occasionally some fire.
Any ideas?
