Question 2001 Ram 4X4 engine upgrade question

Hi,
I'm considering swapping out the 5.2L engine in my Ram 4X4 with a new 5.9L. Aside from the engine itself, what else am I going to have to swap out? I think I'm going to need a new computer to run it but I'm not sure of the rest. I could really use some help here.
Thanks!

That is it. As long as the motor is a Magnum motor and the computer is designed for a 5.9L, then you shoule be all set. Everything else bolts right up.

As long as I'm upgrading, what else should I be thinking about? Headers? Cold-air intake? This is a work truck so I'm interested in fuel economy as much as power.

Installing a set of short tube headers will help out along with an air intake. Maybe look into an underdrive pulley kit as well. Also, Mopar Performace puts out a real nice intake manifold for these motors, much better than the "dome" style on there now. Only down side is that they cost some serious $$$ compaired to most.
