First of all I am sure this has been asked before, but I am unable to find the answer I'm looking for. My boss gave me a 1997 1500 2wd automatic with a 5.9l. The engine is junk .But the truck only has 80,000miles .I got a 5.2l out of a '01 given to me. My question is what all am going to have to swap to make the 318 work? Flex plate? torque converter? Computer?
