Debadged my Ram and found this...
A while back, I debadged my '09 Ram with fishing line and a 3M Stripe Off wheel. It all worked and looks great until I got to the last badge, the passenger's side Hemi badge. It appears the right front fender was repainted at some time and whoever did it, didn't remove the badge or clean it properly. There is dirt that appears to be trapped in the paint around the outline of that badge.

Looks good. I'd take it to a good body shop and see what they can do for you. Did you buy it private sale or through a dealership? If through a dealership, take it back and see what they will do for you.

I'll second both statements. First off... Great Looking Truck, I like this body style better than the last batch. Secondly... Paint shop could help you and if you bought it from a dealer take 'r back.

its a great looking truck, i beabadged a few of my rides too. it looks good on some rigs. i agree with 78d200 & crd91. first see if the dealer will do somthing for you, or if they wont help you try a paint shop. you may be able to buff it out also. either way good luck.

thinkin with me dipstick
debadging rocks - especially since chrysler was nice enough to not put holes under them.
looks like maybe a wetsand followed by a good buff might take out?

So Bozo how did this turn out for you? did you get it fixed or do you still have the ghost image there? i found using mineral spirits will remove the outlines and if it still appears, some rubbing compound and buff it out til it comes out clean.
