need help!!
Ok i have a 2000 dodge dakota v6 and i wanna drop either a 4.7 or 5.9 in it.. i wanna know if i have to change my tranny and rear end upon installation? and also around how much would it cost for both brand new tranny and engine with installation? (estimates anyways) any help would be awesome!!

If you want to do that SELL the truck and buy one with a V-8
New engine new trans, install, misc. $10K

What transmission is currently in it? And is it 2 wheel drive or 4x4?
