Ran at the Gator Nationals last weekend.... Lost first round of class and first round of eliminations... Still working on the tune up... We ran our best time to date 10.171 @ 130 mph..... We just do not have a chance against the 2013 Mustangs and Copo's with their 428 & 427 all alum engine... But rumor has it that is about to change... We are supposed to be getting a killer 426 all alumn 16 to 1 compression engine to do battle with... Should make us very competitive out of the gate.... Will see.....

Just found out that my first Grandchild due in November around Thanksgiving is a boy!!!!!! Well that settles who will be getting my DragPak when I'm done with it!!!!!!!! Nuff Said!!!!!!

That's a very nice Challenger Drag car. When is the 426 motor supposed to be ready ? I'm going to have to save my pennies so I can go to the Winter Nationals

 

Engine is in the car now.... Hope to have it ready to fire in a couple more nights... Have been waiting on the tranny shield for the sb 727 that i'm putting in there to replace the 904 that I had no luck with.. I believe the car was just too heavy for it.... Anyway, hopefully testing in the next couple of weeks.... Did learn that JTeuton ran a 9.38 with his 426 in BB class this past weekend... Sounds like a lot of fun!!!!
