It was announced today that the US will enter a team in Formula One. The car will be built in America and will race from a home base of Charlotte NC. They haven't named driver's yet but I will go out on a limb with Marco Andretti and Danica Patrick. Only time will tell. One of the partners in the team is Speed Vision's own Peter Windsor who has 30 + years experience with F-1. Let's hope they actually get an F-1 race back at Indy.

 

That would be awesome to see the F-1 cars race at indy.
