Angry Credit Card Fraud!!!!

I'M MADDER THAN HELL!!!

I just found out I am the victim of card fraud. I tell you the there are 3 things that really **** me off. In order 3. disrespectful/mean people, 2. people who use a computer to do their dirty work. 1. DWI.

I think its cowardly that people sit behind a computer and take advantage of you. They don't have the ***** to get a weapon and rob it from a person, or business. At least if they rob you in person you can shoot them (if you were in fear for you life) bla bla bla. It seems to me If any one is found guilty of any kind of fraud crime involving a computer or scam, should never be allowed to see the free light of day, or be allowed to use any kind of electronic device. EVER!

It's such a big problem we have a special unit to investigate frauds! I was speaking with one of the investigators once, its unreasonable the amount of money these cowards take from hard working people like you and me!

I'm not use to being the victims of crimes, I spend my time trying to help others who have been hurt by mean disrespectful people. I admit I have a new level of empathy for fraud victims. I think its time for the long arm of the law to break its foot off in some @$$ for committing computer fraud!-back in the field braking rocks!

There ought to be a law and maybe there is elsewhere But not in NY. My ex charged up ten of thousand of dollars on credit cards she took out in my name and then left with the money and me holding the bag to pay them off. When I went to my Lawyer I was told she being married to me could legally sign my name without it being fraud or identity theft.. I say its Bull Sh-t and she should be made to pay it back or at least assume the debt. I should of just shot herAnd pled insainity it would of been cheaper..LOl...Bill

You should take her to court ! DO you owe her any support from the divorce ? I wouldn't recommend shooting her. I imagine it has been done for less..I would say they should have their hands cut off , it would be better to just cut their big head off

I'm thinking of carrying more petty . Cash don't bounce, so every one excepts it. You spend less money when you carry (IE your more conscious of how much you are spending.) People have to physically remove from your person (gives you the chance to shoot them!)

I'll won't stop looking for who did this!

That is how I roll too. Cash is king and you can ussually get a better deal with people in But the sad fact is try making a reservation any where without a credit card. Or buying something online. It has become almost a way of life and it sucks...Bill

I tried to but the courts and Lawyer told me she as my spouse was able to sign things in my behalf.. I just wish I thought of it first.LOL But the whole divorce and her leaving was a total shock to me. I was totally blindsided. And she left because of a Church we attended that turned out to be a cult. I conforted the leader with some untruths he was preaching and he got angry told her to leave me(I didn't know he told her to.) and she did. Several months later, stocking away and stealing money from me and the bussiness we owned. I believe she was giving it to him. So now she lives in a sh-t hole with her new as- hole for a husband and workes her a-s off as a slave woman to him... See there is a God...LOL She got what she deserved and life goes on.. I live my life and will recover and have,, and she will be unhappy the rest of her life...Life is good and I love it...Bill

I've never had a credit card, yet still have a decent credit score. Actually, I just applied for one so i can build my credit even more so i can buy a house in the next coming year.

Unfortuantly, you're not just being targeted specifically. It's usually just a big roll of lists and they attack everyone. I agree with it being complete BS that they take our hard earned money. I work on cars every day, breaking my back, hurting my hands, brake clean in the eyes, so i can pay my way through life.

It's nearly impossible to track these type of people down as MOST are in foreign countries, can change their IP's consistently (without even starting with their own), ect.

Hopefully you are not stuck with the damage. Banks are usually pretty good about paying back....

i worked with quite afew jail birds & computer fraud /credit card fraud, is the way of the future for crims. they skill up in jail & get them selves into teams. it's the cream for them nobody to fight back, even if they go to court they never see the victom, theres no violence involeved so there sentences are minmal & they only go to jail farms. way easier thay selling drugs, producing drugs or robbing . they even pay for the delivery with the cards. there teams swap phones & phone cards & they get alot of info from bins & by going to dumps. but it's also the online shops, apps, flyby cards, banks ect that sell your info. it was on free to air tv news last week, even your smart phones get read by becons in traffic lights, on street corners, in shops & they sell info about where you go & what time your in the area's & what you buy to addverting agents & shops so they can target consumers. my drivers licence chip got a 3" nail through it oops. i have stuff all in my debit card, & i don't own a "smart phone" & my val & hobbies keep me poor so there's not much for me to lose. just be careful guy's it's only gonna get worse.

My bank took refunded me all of my money! So at least I got it back, but I am still mad they took it in the first place. I think it should be a lot harsher sentience for fraud offenders. Like 5 years for each fraudulent transaction minimum!

I hear you... It is good your bank protected you... I think they should get at least 5 years and you should get 5 minutes with the offenders to kick the $h-t out of them and then maybe they would think twice about doing it again...Bill

Credit cards are like thief on your wallet. I don't use them because of many reasons, one is I'm a wise spender. A study by Bloomberg, the business paper, has found a fundraising company, InfoCision, is pocketing a generous slice of funds elevated for non-profit organizations. People generously give millions to numerous foundations, but the business is pocketing up to 80 percent of the profits.
