he missed a bunch of games last year, and still was 28th in scoring...after leading the league in points the year before (he missed three games that year). sounds like alot of sour grapes to me...still licking wounds from the beating the pens handed the hawks in 92? stacked team? theyre a bunch of aging all stars, with crosby, malkin, and fleury (who became a liability in last years finals). just because its not a team of nobodies like the hawks doesnt make it a stacked team...detroit is stacked.

LOL Most of the Wings are European now, and they play a more finesse style then they used to in the 90's. What other sport sends you to "time out" to think about what you did on the ice?

 

I've just spent 2 1/2 hrs watching biffs , fights , big hits , brawls on you tube .
it seems to be NFL , ice hockey , rugby , Alf & league that had most of the good stuff . i guess its the same for all of em " ya gotta watch too much of the game to get the big hits . oh well our big games on this wednesday night "state of origin" Queensland vs new south wales rugby league . i love me boxing as well only big hitters & hard bastards though . not interested in point scorers or skill .
