I pretty much just love decent food, but real big on ethnic dishes. I used to cook professionally, so I like a wide range of grub.

I guess my very fave meal I make is seared lamb chops in a rosemary demi glace with chunky garlicy smashed potatoes and grilled asparagus. But we make tomato/basil or tomato/blue cheese soup with irish cheddar grilled on ciabatta more often. I'm up for anything grilled!

Say, since we have Aussies on here....is kangaroo meat good? I was given some but haven't found any recipes.

My mom was an awful cook LOL, but I still eat up when I visit and love her anyway. She is not, however, ever ever allowed to make turkey stuffing again. Ever. Last time she did, it was suitable for cementing fenceposts.

For a laugh, go to www.youtube.com and search for Natalie Dee Weiner Wings. We actually made these at home once; gross but surprisingly good.

Been so long, I'm afraid I dont know what good food is anymore. BTW, white castle burgers make a good and easy turkey stuffing!

Hot Dogs off the grill.... Not boiled... Grilled with chili, mayo, mustard, ketchup, onions and slaw. If it didn't run down the front of your shirt you didn't fix it right... Waffle fries and a Dr Pepper to wash it all down...

Just gained a couple of pounds myself just thinking about it!!!!!

Thumbs up kangaroos are good

once you get past kangaroo it's all good . just cook it how you normally would . i like it still running around onya plate . rare well all most anyway .
when i cook for myself i usually make it super idiot hotness with diced chillies , chili powder & widow maker 10 +++ sauce & hot English mustard . blow torch ya mouth out HOTTNESS , but i haven't been sick in 7 years so i'm sure it's got something to do with that . plus nobody else want's any , BTW i don't like the flavour i do it cause i'm a d@#khead i have 2 other ******** chilihead mates we have big chilli feeds & laugh the whole time were eating & laugh for ages after as well .
but all in all i love food & copious amounts of it .my favorite drink is malt honey & chocolate flavored milks .

Too funny Johnny. I am actually a seasonal eater. We are pretty lucky to live where I live as far as food goes. Fresh seafood almost all year and some depending on season ie lobster. Great farms for organic free range beef and chicken and pork. Organic vegetables and fruit. In the fall it's hunting season, partridge, rabbit, deer, moose etc. And if you're on the ball you fill the freezer and bottles with all ya can during peak freshness for the winter. I love good food.

What's yours John ?

homemade favorite would be fried chicken. fast food is el pollo loco chicken, a chipotle steak burrito or this chicken cutlet sandwich from a local deli here. i eat like a 3 year old though - pb&j from kindergarten to 8th grade when it wasnt cool to bring lunch from home.
